2. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, pricing error, payment issue or suspected fraud. Payment is taken at the point of order through our secure payment providers. Prices are displayed in GBP.

3. Delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Express options may arrive sooner when available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, busy periods or customs processing for international orders.

4. Returns & Refunds
