What materials are used in your products?
We use materials such as bamboo, wood, ceramic, glass, resin, metal and practical finishes across the range. Product pages include item-specific material and care details where available.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Free UK express shipping is available on orders over £45.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery may be available depending on the destination and checkout options. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
